Consultations
Design consultations are free and carry no obligation to purchase. Appointments are recommended so a designer can be set aside for you.
Quotes and custom orders
Prices for custom pieces are confirmed after your consultation. Work begins only once you approve the design and price. Because each piece is made specifically for you, changes requested after production has started may affect the price and the completion date.
Timeframes
We recommend allowing six to eight weeks from consultation to final fitting. Shorter timeframes may be possible — please confirm with us before booking.
Adjustments
We adjust your piece at fitting so it sits correctly. Custom-made items are not returnable for change of mind, consistent with Australian Consumer Law, which does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
